CLASSES SCHEDULE CHANGE

Balance Ball classes will be held 1st Saturday of the month beginning June 7th at 9:30 am.

 

 

 
Studio A
             provides a warm and friendly neighborhood yoga center and offers yoga for all body types at all levels. We can help you bring your body into better balance through a blend of physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation. Yoga helps to release chronic tension and heightens self-awareness to promote physical and emotional health and well-being.

Yoga increases a person’s ability to be patient, and has been proven to lower blood pressure.
